These drawings are taken from an ancient herb manual. We have asked our readers to comment on what they might be. There have been several propositions given, but the best one is at: http://www.santa-coloma.net/voynich_drebbel/voynich.html. The author H. Richard SantaColoma produced 3-d drawings of them and compared them to ancient microscopes. The comparison is very interesting. Perhaps Richard is on to something.
